Jeffrey Loch
Jeff brings 36 years of construction experience. He started out working 14 years as a union carpenter then went to work for John Moriarty & Associates for 17 years as a project executive and manager. Jeff oversaw all aspects of the projects from pre-construction through final punch lists. Worked closely with clients and lenders along the entire process from budgets to final pay requisitions. Some projects he has managed include small residential remodels, new homes all the way up to large commercial developments. These projects ranged from $500.00 up to $130 million each. Jeff started Seagrass Construction because he enjoys working more on a personal relationship with the homeowner to make their dream become a reality.

FIELD OPERATIONS
PAUL NOWLIN
Paul is the Field Operations manager for Seagrass Construction. He brings over 28 years of experience in the field with an extensive background in civil/site-work/concrete. Paul has worked for Blythe Construction(4yrs) performing heavy highway road work, CM Black (16yrs) Field superintendent in charge of complete start to finish construction of houses and Buildings ranging all the way to $100 million plus projects. Paul also was self-employed with Tyte Spot (6yrs) doing home remodels, additions, garages, concrete and site-work in the Concord NC area.

ROBERT GOMEZ

Rob is the chief estimator and a project manager for Seagrass Construction. He brings over 28 years of construction experience. Worked 21 years for major glass contractors as a job superintendent, project manager, estimator, and fabricator. Went on to work for John Moriarty & Associates for 5 years in charge of estimating and bid analysis before joining Seagrass Construction.
